Government Largess Treats Our Tax Dollars Like They're 'Charmin Bucks'

Near as I can tell, I coined the term ‘Charmin Bucks’ for government largess. Here’s what it means.
When government wantonly over-spends, it acts like it thinks our tax dollars are “Charmin Bucks” that:
- Grow on trees,
- Are used for an unmentionable purpose, and
- Are quickly flushed.
