Locals Outside Gosnell's Clinic Call It 'A Blemish on the Community'

People may come and go, but a place holds memories -- and no location illustrates more the horrors relayed in abortionist doctor Kermit Gosnell's trial than his dilapidated clinic.

On January 14, 2011, a grand jury report accused Kermit Gosnell with, among other criminal acts, the murder of 1 female patient and the death of 7 babies plus 33 counts of aborting babies at 24 or more weeks.

During the fifth week of his trial in April, stories arose from Gosnell's former employees describing babies "snipped" at the neck, with one "swimming" in a toilet "trying to get out."'s Liz Harrington visited Gosnell's abortion clinic, the Women's Medical Center, to catch locals' reactions of the case and to capture the 3801 Lancaster Avenue, Philadelphia location through the camera lens.
