On Fox News Channel's “The Five,” former Democratic strategist Bob Beckel reacted to today’s Gallup poll by stating that “if those numbers are correct it is over.  It is over.”

Today’s Gallup Presidential Tracking poll found that GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney leads President Barack Obama 52 percent to 45 percent among likely voters.

Beckel also said that “if I were looking at those numbers and I was managing a presidential campaign, I would be upset.”

“If those numbers are correct, it is over.  It is over.  You’re not going to bring Mitt Romney back under 50 percent from 52.  Not a challenger candidate,” said Beckel.
