Recently, the Obama Administration's Department of Defense announced that women would now be permitted to serve in direct combat roles in the U.S. military.

So, MRCTV visited a college campus to find out how young Americans felt about this and whether - in the name of gender equality - they think women should be required to register with the Selective Service in case the military draft is ever reinstated.

As the updated Selective Service System website states:

"Even though the Secretary of Defense has decided to allow women in combat jobs, the law has not been changed to include this. Consequently, only men are currently required to register by law with Selective Service during ages 18 thru 25. Women still do not register. (January 24, 2013)."
