It was 29 degrees with a wind chill factor somewhere in the teens last Sunday. So, naturally, environmentalists thought that it would be the perfect day to go out and bring attention to global warming.

MRCTV braved the elements and headed to the National Mall to talk to protesters who were bundled up and trying to raise awareness of the fact that they believed the world was on the brink of environmental chaos.

The godfather of the global warming movement, Former Vice President Al Gore, had recently made news by selling his television station to Al Jazeera - a "news" outfit largely funded by Middle Eastern oil interests.

When asked whether they thought this was hypocritical, most of the protesters seemed to want to give Gore a pass.  Surprisingly, many of the environmentalists had never even HEARD that the deal had gone down in the first place.
