Friday's gay marriage mandate is merely the latest "landmark" decision on the slippery slope toward obliterating any definition of consensual deviancy. We haven't defined deviancy down. We've shredded it. So where is the line to be drawn? Here's the awful truth: The left wants no lines.

President Obama seems allergic to the establishment press, as sycophantic as it is, because he cannot control them. He prefers one-on-one interviews with leftists that quiver in his presence, such as Marc Maron,a stand-up comedian and radio host in Los Angeles, who recently interviewed Obama on his WTF podcast.

Last week, Rush Limbaugh argued that "what this papal encyclical is saying is that every Catholic should vote for the Democrat Party. ... That's what it is. How else do you interpret it when the pope comes out and sounds like Al Gore on global warming and climate change?" Rush is correct, sadly. There are numerous unnecessary and annoying genuflections to liberal political ideology.

And here we go with another ride on the Insanity Express. This preposterous line has now been adopted by another segment of the loony Left. If a man is actually a woman if he chooses that "identity," a white woman like Dolezal is a black woman because she, too, believes it.

CNN's Jake Tapper kicked off his new hosting gig on the Sunday news show "State of the Union" featuring an interview with Bill Clinton. It's a big name, and a tough start for a serious journalist. Tapper never prompted Clinton into a squinting, pointing rage, but make no mistake: He asked some tough questions.

The Brittney Griner story underlines one lesson. What serves the gay narrative is news. What hurts the gay narrative gets buried.

Politico keeps posting ridiculous columns by both Democrats and Republicans who charge that the Clinton scandals are either (1) nonexistent or (2) all politically harmless.

ISIS. The 2016 campaign. Hillary's scandals. The crashing economy. Who the hell cares about that? Let's talk about a man who thinks he's a woman, and is celebrated by the liberal media for his

Forget Operation Fast and Furious and Solyndra, the IRS targeting conservatives and the Veteran Administration's lies and treatment delays. Forget about all the false Obamacare promises, Benghazi and the Bowe Bergdahl-terrorist swap. Delusional journalists still pretend on national television that Obama & Co. have succeeded in the boast that they're the most ethical and transparent administration in our history.

Senators Tim Kaine and Mark Warner, both Virginia Democrats, have routinely been portrayed in news reports as "moderates" and "centrists."  Voters could complain about "truth in advertising," because that's what the press coverage of Kaine and Warner has been — badly disguised positive commercials about their alleged moderation, pretending to be objective news coverage.

There's no classroom experience the libertine supports more mightily than "sex education." They have struggled to banish even a whisper of a religious worldview from the classroom. Only the secular and "science-based" ideology is allowed.

It was outrageous for ABC News to promote Bill Clinton's spokesman George Stephanopoulos to the top of the political-anchorman heap. It was shameless to keep him there, even as Hillary Clinton keeps running for president. Conservatives never felt he was an appropriate choice, and never felt he sincerely attempted fairness and balance in his "journalism."

Sofia Vergara is the Spanish-accented sexpot on the ABC sitcom "Modern Family." She's also now the center of an unwanted controversy over a "modern family." She's fighting with an ex-fiance over two frozen embryos.

The recent Israeli and British elections should be a clear warning to Republicans and the American people as a whole headed into 2016: Don't let journalists tell you who can win and who doesn't stand a chance. Their feeling that conservatives should lose every race gets in the way.

Hollywood and global-warming panic have always been a natural match. After all, who can tell you better to cut back on your wasteful ways better than a high-flying multimillionaire movie star with the carbon footprint of a Tyrannosaurus rex?

Two men identifying as ISIS have now attacked America — in our homeland. So how did the press respond? Liberal journalists deplored AFDI's exercise of free speech and blamed the targeted victims for the attack.

The last year could be described as The Year of Transgender Propaganda. The Hollywood and news media push on the latest frontier of "gender fluidity" demonstrates the libertine left's absolute arrogance that the LGBT revolution is an unstoppable juggernaut.

Our pro-Obama media celebrated his recent F-bomb-tweaking shtick ("bucket") as one of the "funniest" jokes he made. They think it's funny because they zealously support his agenda, and care not at all about executive overreach — as long as the executive orders are liberal.

It's quite rare that the major media pay this much attention to the shady self-dealing of the left inside "public" broadcasting. Ben Affleck unintentionally demonstrates what passes for "editorial integrity" at our taxpayer-subsidized liberal sandbox.

While Hillary Clinton hates doing Sunday shows, she did allow her close friend Gov. Terry McAuliffe to appear on "Meet the Press" on April 19. Jaws dropped when NBC host Chuck Todd threw him a real Russert-like hardball. The question remains whether tough questions like Todd's are persistent, or merely an occasional exception to the Clinton-indulging rule.
