Have we ever had a president this blinded by his ideology before?

How would Obama have acted if the Orlando terrorist blurted out his allegiance to Jesus Christ?

There is just no excuse for Obama's warped moral compass.

Just when you think the Hollywood left might be showing some independence from the Obama White House, it once again falls in line to mouth its propaganda. Just kidding. No one believes that Hollywood leftists think independently.

To achieve its political ends, the left doesn't just assault the Constitution through the appointment of liberal activist judges; there are a variety of other leftist abuses, such as politicizing the departments of Justice and Education.

Can you believe anyone even organizes a "white privilege" conference these days — seven years into Barack Obama's presidency? Well, you'd better believe it, and you should also know that at least one of the speakers at this conference is militantly Christophobic.

I realize that as an evangelical Christian I have a dog in this fight, but I want to say a few words about evangelicals and the unfortunate effort afoot to make them the political boogeyman.

New York Times "conservative" columnist David Brooks views the most divisive, polarizing, partisan, condescending and narcissistic president in American history as a model of bipartisan civility.

It amuses me that certain people are convinced that Christians are angry scolds but totally miss the humorlessness and angst of certain Christophobic secularists.

There is a misplaced fear — shared, I'm sad to say, by many on the right — that Christian conservatives are zealots, theocrats and all-around bogeymen.

I believe Donald Trump's meteoric and sustained rise is a direct result of Obama's largely successful campaign to fundamentally transform America and the establishment Republicans' unwillingness to fight back.

Some time ago I said that many establishment Republicans dislike Ted Cruz so much that they would even back their nemesis, Donald Trump, if necessary to keep Cruz from winning. This is one time I wish I had been wrong.

Remember when universities used to encourage freedom of academic inquiry and were seen as intellectual and social preparation for the transition into adulthood? I know; that was a long time ago — before the left infected these institutions.

In their State of the Union speeches, all previous presidents presented their policies in the most favorable light, but did they go so far as to distort reality? Did they use them to trash their opponents?

Obama is an ideological zealot, still hellbent on advancing his leftist agenda. Though he probably won't try to cajole Congress into acting on his behalf, don't think for a second that he's abandoned his agenda.

I've long marveled at President Obama's calls for bipartisanship right before viciously tearing into Republicans. It's creepy, because he is either too self-absorbed to know he's doing it or arrogant enough to assume we won't see through it.

I have long marveled at liberals' air of superiority and lack of self-reflection, which have always been particularly evident among liberal media elites and journalists. They tend to view themselves as sacrosanct and above scrutiny.

President Obama's reckless neglect of America's national security is a rapidly growing malignancy on this nation, and there are no signs it will get better. Surely by now, a strong majority of Americans fully recognize just how dangerous Obama's approach is to their (and America's) safety and security.
December 18, 2015, 5:17 AM EST
If establishment Republicans would ever unite with Cruz and the grassroots in opposing Obama publicly and vehemently instead of telegraphing their intention to surrender from the outset, the GOP might have a better chance of stopping Obama.
